Refund Policy

At Rameen official customer satisfaction is our first priority. RAMEEN OFFICIAL has a 24 – 48-hour return policy, which means you have 24 – 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility :

• The order is eligible for exchange if it is damaged.

• If the wrong order is delivered then RAMEEN will exchange your order.

• Sales items are not eligible for exchange unless the wrong order is delivered.

Conditions for Exchange :

• If the item is defective, damaged, the wrong size, or you received wrong item, then RAMEEN will exchange your order.

• The order must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. If these conditions are violated, the exchange request will be denied.

• Incase you didn't like, you can return it later by contacting support team

• Must have proof of purchase - either a receipt or an online confirmation email.

Return Process :

If your return is accepted, the RAMEEN Official support team will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Get in touch with the RAMEEN support team and have your order replaced.

      Note: Items sent back to Rameen official without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation :

 • Rameen official may cancel order before processing. Once shipped, the exchange policy applies.

• Rameen Official may cancel orders for several reasons, such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments.

Refund :

• If the delivered article is faulty or damaged, then the amount can be refunded.

• Rameen official will refund your amount through original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the transaction. 

      Note: Rameen's official support team will inspect your return and notify you whether you are granted an exchange or a refund.
